You like broccoli, piccolini.
Throw the larger leaves and more harsh, leaving the flowers with the leaflets keep.
Then heat in a pan 4 tablespoons oil and start to cook the broccoli raw with a clove of garlic.
Cover and simmer slowly, stirring gently from time to time, for about 40 minutes.
Vegetables cooked without first being blanched are particularly tasty.
