Broccoli salad with sweet mustard

05978 BROCCOLI SALAD with SWEET MUSTARD INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 600 g of broccoli, 150 g of bacon, a spoonful of Apple Cider vinegar, 2 tbsp sweet mustard with seeds, 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil, 12 walnuts, peeled 2 tablespoons chopped chives, salt and pepper.
Wash the broccoli and cook for about 10 minutes, should remain firm.
Browned Bacon for about 10 minutes at moderate fire, so it stays crisp.
When cooked, place them on absorbent paper towels.
Beat vinegar with the mustard and oil.
Coarsely chopped walnuts.
Place broccoli hot in a salad bowl with the vinaigrette previously prepared, bacon, walnuts, a little salt and pepper.
Mix gently and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
Mix again and garnish with chopped chives.
Serve.
