Redfish fillet and cut the thread.
Marinarlo with lime and Tangerine rind and with the latter's juice, salt, pepper and a little oil.
After 10 minutes and so leave it to drain into the Pan skin side.
Meanwhile cut the pumpkin into pieces, boil it and puréeing with salt.
Serve the fillet on pumpkin cream.
Garnish with capers.
