Risotto with basil
Instructions
In a saucepan, saute in olive oil the finely chopped onion; Add the chopped tomatoes and saffron; mix and boil for a few minutes.
Now add the rice, adjust salt and, stirring constantly, bring to cooking, adding broth a little at a time.
A few minutes before serving, add freshly chopped basil, stir and bring to the table.

- 450 g of vialone nano
- 300 g of ripe tomatoes
- 1/2 chopped onion
- Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of powdered saffron
- 6 leaves of basil
- 2 ladles of broth
- Salt
