Boiled bread, prawns and swiss chard
Instructions
Spread the bread dough and cut thinly like fettuccine; cook them in boiling salted water as if they were noodles.
Drain and then toss in a pan with the blanched and pureed beetroot.
Sear in pan with oil white coasts Swiss chard and cleaned shrimp.

- 4 king prawns
- 100 g of swiss chard
- Olive oil
