Brioches glacè
Instructions
Cut the brioches at the top, the asportandone, which will keep aside.
Svuotatele the inner crumb, leaving around a thickness of about 2 cm.
Then fill with fruit sorbet, which you can buy already prepared, or prepare at home.
Grate the chocolate.
Sprinkle a pinch of grated chocolate on each ice cream brioches and close them with the caps removed.
Put them in the freezer for 1 hour.
After this time, Beat egg whites in a bowl, the two egg whites with powdered sugar and sprinkle a large clump on surface of brioches.
Place the pastries on plate glacè oven, then that infornatele enough to thicken the egg whites without melt the ice cream.
Serve immediately.
Wanting a preparation of great effect, you can pour on alcohol from liquor croissants and becomes inflamed when serving.
