Crostini with tomato and bottarga
Instructions
Beat the whole egg until it is fluffy.
Sugar and milk are typically quickly slices of bread that are then passed into the egg.
Arrange the bread so soaked on a plate and let stand for a few minutes.
Meanwhile, heat the oil and butter, pass the slices in flour and FRY.
Drain on absorbent kitchen paper and sugar spolverarle.
Serve warm or cold.

- Some slices of stale bread with compact crumb
- Sugar
- Lukewarm milk
- White flour
- Olive oil
- Butter
