Instructions
Extract of tidbits from a portion of beef, secure with a skewer alternating pieces of tomato and plum pieces wrapped in a slice of prosciutto.
Cook on a grill with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Beat the other meat knife and serve with a vinaigrette of olive oil, wine vinegar, salt and plum pieces.

- 1 plum
- 2 slices of prosciutto di parma
- Almonds
- 2 tomatoes
- White wine vinegar
