Instructions
Squashed for good seafood separately in a meshed strainer and collect the juice that you will put in a small bottle or jar with vinegar; close and let the light for at least 2 weeks, and then filtered by a strainer covered with gauze or paper towel and then what comes out is the vinegar with berries.
This vinegar, emulsified with oil, can be used on raw fish, steamed shellfish, grilled meat, salads or fruit salads.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 25 cl of apple cider vinegar
- 60 g of red currant
- 60 g of blueberries
- 60 g of raspberries
