Vinegar with figs
Instructions
Combine the figs, red vinegar, Bay leaves and cloves and green pepper infused leaving for over a month.
Store it in a cool place, taking care to stir occasionally, the bottle containing the ingredients.
This vinegar is ideal for all dishes in decoration and can accompany even the gelato and all kinds of mixed salads.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of red wine vinegar
- 12 dried figs
- 4 leaves of laurel
- 2 teaspoons of green pepper
- 10 cloves
