Instructions

Wash the fish (remove the eyes).

Put the onions and garlic in saucepan and add the fish.

Add 2 litres of water.

Add smells.

Cover and cook for 30 minutes.

Pass the soup, add saffron, salt and pepper.

Serve with toasted garlic-rubbed raffermi.
