Sauteed Zucchini at the Eastern
Instructions
Wipe small courgettes with a damp cloth to eliminate any residual soil, cut the ends, thickly subtly without Peel.
Heat the oil or lard in a large skillet (or in a wok) and let Sauté Zucchini washers from three to five minutes on moderate heat, stirring constantly with a spatula.
When courgettes are cooked, flavour with salt and pepper, cover with six tablespoons of water mixed with soy sauce and rice wine or sherry.
Bring to the boil, taste, add salt and pepper if necessary.
Serve immediately in warmed dish.
If you use a wok, whose Fund is smaller than a normal pan, then cook the courgettes Chinese method, namely by making first bake a portion of washers in the Center and then to the scostandole Board to cook another batch of Zucchini.
