Instructions

Cut the zucchini into thin slices.

Arrange them in a large pan with oil and whole garlic.

Salt, to taste, then sprinkle with 1/2 cup of boiling water and cook for about 20 minutes, stirring often.

5 minutes before turning off the garlic and spread on Zucchini chopped plenty of basil, parsley, thyme and Marjoram.

Serve hot or warm.
