Mint pumpkin
Instructions
Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds and cut into slices of about 2 cm.
Fry the zucchini slices in hot oil and place them in a serving dish.
Chop the Mint and mix it with 2 tablespoons vinegar, 1 of oil and a pinch of salt.
Mix well the sauce and pour it on the pumpkin.
