Vol-au-vent with Tortellini (Vol-au-vent di Tortellini)
Instructions
Cook the tortellini in brodo di carne, drain them and place them in a buttered baking dish.
Mix the cream with butter and Parmesan cheese, pour over tortellini and cook until the mixture is almost completely absorbed.
Fill the vol-au-vent with tortellini and serve.

- 4 vol-au-vent (max. 10 cm diameter)
- 400 g of tortellini
- 150 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 50 cl of cream
- 100 g of butter
