Lettuce soup (2) (Vellutata di Lattuga (2))
Instructions
After washed and roughly chopped lettuce and onion, bring to simmer vegetables in a pan to moderate flame for 10 minutes.
Mix everything together and put on fire.
Beat the egg with the milk, then pour in the broth and stir continuously paying attention not to form lumps.
Cook for 15 minutes, then add the yoghurt and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.

- 300 g of lettuce salad
- 1 glass of skim milk
- 1/2 onion
- 2 tablespoons of beaten egg
- 200 g of yoghurt skinny
- 1 glass of vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese
