Boiled egg curry
Instructions
Hard boil the eggs, Peel, cut them in half lengthwise.
Remove the yolks and collect them in a bowl.
Made with butter, flour and milk a béchamel sauce not too dense.
When ready add the teaspoon of curry and a pinch of salt.
Mash with a fork the egg yolks and mix them with two tablespoons of bechamel.
Fill with this mixture means whites, put them in a buttered baking dish, pour over the sauce, sprinkle with the parmesan and gratinate in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
