Trenette with basil
Instructions
Wash and dry the Basil, finely chop the garlic cloves, combine 10 tablespoons dietary oil and stir until mixture is well blended.
Boil the trenette al dente and coat with the sauce of Basil.
If they were too mushy, soften with 2 tablespoons cooking water.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of type trenette pasta
- 1 handful of basil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Dietary olive oil
- Salt
