Chicken sandwiches
Instructions
Work in the butter foam with a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of mustard and spread on the surface of the bread slices.
On six of these place the sliced chicken, tomato washer, a lettuce leaf, cover with a slice of bread; on alternate cheese, ham, tomato and a lettuce leaf.
Cover with another slice of bread.
Press the sandwiches, always coil them on a sheet of greaseproof paper and then in a damp towel to keep it soft

- 12 slices bread of in cistern
- 90 g of butter
- Mustard
- Salt
- Chicken breast roast
- 4 slices of ham
- 1 tomato
- Lettuce salad
- 4 slices of gruyere cheese
