Sandwiches with roast
Instructions
Soften the butter with a little salt, spread it on the bread slices and on each place a slice of roast, a salad leaf, another of roast and close with the bread.
Wrap the sandwiches in wax paper and then in a damp towel to keep them soft.

- 8 slices of cassette bread
- 80 g of butter
- 8 slices of veal roast
- 8 leaves salad
- Salt
