Tortilla with tomato sauce

The ' tortilla ', which is a delicious omelette made with all sorts of ingredients, it can be certainly defined the dish symbol of colourful Spanish cuisine.
It is a flat ' Chameleon ' which the Spaniards love to enjoy as an appetizer or as second, either as a single flat, fast and tasty, to be consumed anywhere, traveling, hiking, during a picnic.
Cut the tomatoes into cubes and onion, thinly sliced.
In a Pan fry the onion with a little oil.
Separately, beat the eggs and then add a few tablespoons of water, one tablespoon of flour, a pinch of salt and the diced tomatoes.
Pour everything into the pan with the sauce.
Move horizontally the skillet so that your tortilla can not stick to the bottom.
After a few minutes grease a plate with a diameter slightly larger than that inside of pan and with this cover tortilla and immediately reflect, with a movement faster and decided.
Slide the tortilla from the plate to the skillet, browned so that even on the other side and serve decorated with slices of ripe tomato and a sprinkle of parsley.
