Tortellini cream and olives
Instructions
Cook the tortellini in boiling salted water.
Meanwhile, pitted black olives and cut into small pieces.
Melt the butter in a pan and add the whipped cream and chopped olives.
Cook for 5 minutes until you have a thick sauce.
Drain the tortellini al dente, add the sauce and serve.

- 50 g of butter
- 250 g of cooking cream
- 30 black olives
