Tortas de camaròn
Instructions
Saute garlic and onion in 2 tablespoons oil, not drained tomatoes, then add the pepper, half teaspoon salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil, lower the flame.
Cover and cook for 20 minutes; keep warm.
Meanwhile, beat the egg whites until foamy, the egg yolks with the remaining salt.
Mix the reds and whites, stir in the flour and add the shrimp.
Take the mixture with a spoon and a spoonful at a time, FRY in hot olive oil until golden brown.
You can get 10 or 20 small fritters.
Serve hot fritters with tomato sauce.

- 150 g of shelled shrimp
- == 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 clove of chopped garlic
- 8 tablespoons of olive oil
- 250 g of peeled tomatoes
- 120 g of green chillies without seeds
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 sprinkle of pepper
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of flour
