Zucchini and tomato pie
Instructions
Cut the zucchini slices and fry them in a pan with a little oil; Add salt and pepper.
Place the flour, put margarine, water, salt and knead.
Grease a cake tin, roll out the dough pulled to browse, put Zucchini, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top and pour in beaten eggs with the cream.
Cover the surface with tomato slices.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

- 6 zucchini
- 2 tomatoes

- 3 eggs
- 1 glass of cream
