Plum Cake (Torta di Prugne)
Instructions
Keep the plums to soak in warm water to help loosen.
Mix and sift the flour with the sugar and a pinch of salt; arrange a fountain and Central sgusciatevi eggs; stir because they absorb the flour.
Soften the dough with milk because it has a soft texture and flavour it with a few tablespoons of cognac.
Let it sit an hour.
Grease an ovenproof dish, sprinkle the plums drain at the bottom, cover with the dough.
Cook in the oven at 200 degrees for 45 minutes.
Served warm too.
