Peach Cake (Torta di Pesche)
Instructions
Rub the lemon peel cubes on permeating them, then for squeeze the lemon.
Put the cubes and lemon juice into a mold on gas and caramelize.
Wash and peel the peaches, open them in half and put the round part at the bottom.
Beat the eggs with sugar, then add the melted butter, flour, baking powder and salt.
Pour the mixture over the peaches and pass in a hot oven to 180 degrees.
Just removed from the oven, cover the pan for a few minutes and unmold immediately not to attack the caramel.
Serve cold.
