Instructions

Wash the cherries, remove the stem, cherries and emerge them in rum for half an hour.

Work the butter with the sugar and then add the flour and egg yolks.

Whip the egg whites and add these together with the chopped almonds.

Grease and flour a rectangular pan, pour in the mixture, level it and cover with the drained cherries.

Bake for 40 minutes.
