Instructions
To soften the raisins.
Mix the flour with the starch and yeast.
In a large bowl till frothy butter and sugar then stir in egg yolks one at a time the eggs and stir until the mixture fluffy.
Whip egg whites until foamy.
Continuing to stir, add to creamed butter tablespoons of snow alternating with spoonfuls of flour and yeast.
Finally, combine the raisins, pine nuts and chopped chestnuts.
Bake at 170 degrees for about 50 minutes.

- 5 eggs
- 200 g of butter
- 150 g of sugar
- 160 g of chestnut flour
- 80 g of starch
- 1 handful of sultanas
- 1 handful of pine nuts
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 7 candied chestnuts
