Instructions

Put the chestnut flour into a bowl, add the sugar, oil and milk a little at a time, stirring with wooden spoon and if the dough fairly soft won't be diluted with a little water.

Add the raisins, soaked in warm water, nuts and chopped pine nuts and grated orange peel.

Mix all ingredients.

Grease and flour a baking pan, pour in the mixture, level it, cover it with a little olive oil and bake for an hour.
