Apricot and tart cherries
Instructions
Take a pastry with flour, melted butter, 1 egg, a little water and a tablespoon of sugar.
Make a ball with the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Grease a cake tin and spread the dough, being on the bottom of the holes with a fork; Bake until the dough becomes Golden.
Whisk the cream with a tbsp of sugar and when has become very dense add half of the chopped almonds.
Spread the cream on the bottom of the cake, try us over the apricots and cherries, and above these the rest of ground almonds.

- 250 g of flour
- 100 g of butter
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 box of apricots in syrup
- 1 box of cherries in syrup
- 1 jar of cream
- 100 g of shelled almonds
