Melt the chocolate in a Bain-Marie with 100 g of butter.
Stir in 2 tablespoons full of flour, sugar, egg yolks, and finally the whipped egg whites.
Transfer the mixture into a buttered and floured baking tray and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
