Instructions
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.
Grease a baking dish and arrange inside the potato slices.
Cover with half of the fontina and make another layer of potatoes.
Cover with the remaining fontina.
In the mixer to mix the remaining ingredients.
Pour the mixture over the potatoes.
Bake for about 30 minutes.

- 150 g of ricotta
- 150 g of fontina cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of sliced onion
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
