Instructions
Beat the egg yolks with sugar until the mixture thickens.
Add the butter and the chocolate and continue to whisk together the flour a little at a time.
Incorporate the whipped egg whites and pour the mixture into a buttered.
Bake at 180 degrees already warm for 30 minutes.
Invert the cake onto a rack and let cool.

- 5 eggs
