Instructions
In a large bowl, pour the sugar and add the butter that you pulled out of the fridge at least 10 minutes before use.
Stir carefully until you get a creamy mixture and gradually add the flour and potato starch.
United coffee stirring the eggs taking care to incorporate them one at a time.
Continue to turn the mixture vigorously with a wooden spoon and add the yeast that you melt and mix with the rest.
Meanwhile grease and flour a baking pan and pour the mixture evenly.
Bake for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees, checking occasionally, cooking.
Tip: when the cake has cooled you can guarnirla with coffee cream or simply serve it spolverizzandola with vanilla icing sugar and coffee powder.
