Tokàny of csikòs
Instructions
Cut the meat into thin slices.
In a skillet, heat lard and rosolotevi speck and chopped onion.
As soon as they become browned, remove the Pan from the heat, sprinkle the fried paprika, pour in water and bring to a boil.
Then add meat, cover and simmer for about an hour at moderate heat.
Stir occasionally and check if you need to add water.
When the meat is almost cooked, add the peppers and cut the strips and sliced tomatoes.
Season with salt, then let it finish cooking.
Finally blend the cream and flour together and pour the mixture over the dish, making up briefly boil.

- 1000 g of pork
- 100 G = = Smoked Bacon, diced
- 2 green peppers
- 2 great tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 12 cl of cooking cream
- 30 g of flour
- 10 g of paprika
- 100 g of lard
- Salt
