Pans of eggs and cheese (3)
Instructions
4 pans of baking dish lined with slices of bacon, above these do a layer of sliced Cheese cheese more substantial at the edges.
Break in the middle of each Pan egg yolks 2 eggs leaving intact and add a little salt and pepper and a spoonful of cream.
Put in the oven already warm to 220 degrees for 10 minutes.
After this time, sprinkle the surface with the grated Parmesan cheese and put the pans in the oven for another 10 minutes.

- 12 slices of bacon
- 10 slices of cheese sliced thin scamorza cheese
- 8 eggs
- 4 tablespoons of cream
- 4 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
