Tagliatelle with walnuts
Instructions
Chop walnuts kernels and the garlic, then add them for a few minutes over low heat in a pan with a few tablespoons of oil.
Cook the noodles, drain and place in a bowl.
Coat with the sauce and plenty of Parmesan, sprinkle with chopped parsley, stir and serve immediately.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of type pasta noodles
- 150 g of walnut kernels
- Olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 sprig of parsley
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
