Tacos with meat
Instructions
Cook the meat with oil, garlic and onion until it becomes dark.
Eliminate fat and season with salt and pepper.
Fill each Tortilla with meat, tomato, cheese and lettuce.
Turn and season with chili sauce.
If the tortillas are cool, you can make it soft scaldandole for 10 seconds in 2 tablespoons hot oil.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 450 g of ground beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of chili powder
- 3/4 tablespoon of salt
- 2 cut tomatoes and squeezed
- Some leaves of lettuce salad
- 1 cup of caciotta cheese into pieces
- Chili sauce
- 12 tortillas
