Spring turkey
Instructions
Cut the Turkey Breast in nuts.
Clean the celery, carrots and courgettes and cut into slices.
Prepare a mixture with the onion sliced thin.
Add the vegetables, cook them a moment, add the Turkey lightly dusted with flour.
Add salt, pepper, wet with white wine and cook over moderate heat for about 20 minutes.

- 600 g of turkey breast
- 1 heart of white celery
- 2 zucchini
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- Olive oil
- Flour
- Salt
