Turkey frosted
Instructions
Clean the Turkey, fiammeggiatelo, wash it, dry it; made the necessary cuts on the skin to insert the tip of the thighs and turn on the back wings.
Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
Pour over bottom of a oval Terrine with a layer of at least 2 inches of salt and lay over the Turkey.
Cover completely with salt and moisten with a little water.
Put in oven and cook for two hours.
With a meat hammer break the salt crust, remove the Turkey, cut into pieces and serve.
