Instructions

Tie the Turkey Breast and browned with a bit of oil in a saucepan; Add salt, wet it with the broth, cover and let Cook for 90 minutes, occasionally some hot broth.

After cooking, let the roast cool, wrap it in aluminum foil and put it in the fridge.

Wash the tomatoes, slice them along with the Turkey.

Arrange on a plate of Turkey slices, alternating with those of tomato, salt.

Blend basil, olives, vinegar, oil, salt and pour over the meat.
