Supplì to frankfurters
Instructions
Peel the potatoes, wash and boil in salted water; then drain, pass the potato masher and put them back into the casserole: combine the butter and milk and mix, sweet fire, until well-blended and dry mashed potato.
Make firm an egg, cool under running water, and tritatelo shell it finely.
Aside from the chopped basil, chervil and the sausages and add them to the mashed potatoes along with two eggs.
Mix well, then formed of bullets the size of an Apricot and put them in the flour, in the last egg with a shake of salt and breadcrumbs.
Fry the supplì so prepared in boiling oil, as they are ready on a piece of paper towel to remove the excess grease.
Arrange on serving dish and serve hot.
