Morsels of sole
Instructions
Peel the arugula, then rinse it under running water and dry it carefully, then coarsely chop the pulp finely.
Spread over fish fillets Bacon slices, add salt and pepper, then put on top of the arugula.
Wrap each fillet on himself, to form small rolls that you will tie with kitchen Twine.
Lightly grease with oil a baking sheet, preferably nonstick, settle into the prepared rolls and cook in the oven already warm to 220 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Serve immediately the morsels of sole well hot, in individual dishes.

- 4 sole skinned fillet
- 1 bunch of arugula salad
- 16 slices of speck
- Olive oil
- Salt
- White pepper powder
