Appetizers to gruyère
Instructions
Mix together, stirring vigorously, flour and milk and cook the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly until the sauce is thickened.
Season with a little salt and nutmeg, refrigerate and then add the grated cheese.
Pass the slices of bread in beaten egg, spread over the cream and arrange on a baking sheet.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.

- 200 g of gruyere cheese
- 20 cl of milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 8 slices whole wheat bread
- Nutmeg
- Salt
