The two starlets caviars
Instructions
Cut the potatoes into slices 1 inch high, then stenciling to cut biscuits so many starlets; also stars cut the salmon that sovrapporrete some crisps.
Mix the butter with the mascarpone and lemon.
Use this cream on potatoes as a base for the caviar, to put it over the salmon than on simple starlets.
Ingredients and dosing for 10 persons
- 4 large potatoes
- 80 g of smoked salmon
- 25 g of black caviar
- 25 g of red caviar
- 50 g of mascarpone
- 30 g of butter
- 2 drops of lemon
