Simple vegetable skewers
Instructions
Peel and wash the cauliflower, lessatelo for 5 minutes in boiling salted water then split it into florets.
Cut the Eggplant into large dice without peeling them.
Reduce check the peppers.
Then 24 skewers, alternandovi prepared vegetables.
You like you can add the fries before slightly thawed and babycorn.
Align the skewers on an oiled baking dish and add the garlic cut into strips, chopped chilli and basil leaves washed, dried and torn with hands.
sprinkle of breadcrumbs, add salt, pepper and sprinkled with the remaining oil.
Cook for 20 minutes in a hot oven to 190 degrees.

- 1 small cauliflower

- 2 green peppers
- 2 red peppers
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 chili
- 10 cl of olive oil
- 1 sprig of basil
- Breadcrumbs
- Salt
- Pepper
- 24 new frozen chips (optional)
- 24 babycorn au naturel (optional)
