Turkey skewers (2)
Instructions
The ingredients are for 12 skewers.
Cut the meat into pieces about 1 cm wide and 2 long.
Squeeze the lemon and stir the juice into a deep dish with olive oil, a pinch of salt and the Rosemary finely chopped you.
Let marinate the meat for about 30 minutes, it covered and al fresco and rigirandola from time to time.
Drain the meat well without throwing the marinade liquid and put the pieces on skewers, metal or wood.
Heat the oven or grill a steak grill or a frying pan.
Cook the skewers until will be well browned on all sides.
When they are ready, toss them quickly into marinade to season and serve immediately.
