The Eel skewer emiliana
Instructions
The eel should be washed and cleaned skin, then cut into logs.
Alternatively put on a skewer a spool of fish, a piece of finger roll and a bay leaf.
You then lay the skewers on a baking sheet at a safe distance, preparing the heat moderate oven (180 degrees).
During cooking, the meat must be slightly greased eel and powdered dried breadcrumbs which form, before serving, a golden crust.
The skewers are served with a mixed salad or pesto.

- 1 1000 g eel
- Some leaves of laurel
- Stale bread (finger roll)
- Olive oil
- Breadcrumbs
