Skewers with grapes
Instructions
Cut the meat into cubes and wrap each one in a slice of bacon.
Cut into small pieces chicken breast and the sausage slices.
On various wooden sticks inserted, in order a piece of veal, a grape, a piece of chicken, a washer of frankfurters, a grape; repeat in the same order.
Brush the kebabs with oil and cook them on the grill hot oven for ten minutes.
Add salt and pepper halfway through the cooking.
Arrange on a serving dish and serve hot.

- 300 g of veal
- 100 g of sliced bacon
- 1 chicken breast
- 4 pork sausages
- 2 bunches of black grapes
- Olive oil
