Fresh noodles
Instructions
Blanch the tomatoes, peel them, remove the seeds and cut into thin strips.
Wash parsley and basil, Pat dry and chop coarsely.
Put the tomatoes and herbs in a bowl.
Boil the pasta, drain and pour into the soup tureen.
Season with lemon juice, a little olive oil, salt and pepper.
Stir and serve immediately.

- 400 g of type noodles pasta
- 500 g of perini tomatoes
- 30 g of parsley
- 10 leaves of basil
- 1 lemon
- 1 thread of olive oil
- Salt
- White pepper
